Planning & Budget
We build a detailed budget early and coordinate design, engineering, and permits with your designer or one of our partners. Scope and selections are finalized before construction starts. Our owner is a CPA, so the numbers stay clear and transparent throughout.

Construction
A dedicated project manager runs your build day to day, coordinating trades, inspections, and quality control. Any change is priced and approved in writing first, and you follow progress, selections, and documents in a shared client portal.

Finishing & Walkthrough
As your home comes together, we focus on precision in every finish, inside and out. Before we hand over the keys, we walk through the home with you to confirm everything meets your expectations.

Our relationship doesn’t end on move-in day. New homes are backed by Tarion warranty coverage, and we stay available for questions and anything that needs attention as you settle in.
