How we work

A dedicated project manager runs your addition from planning to final walkthrough. We build a detailed budget early, settle scope and selections before construction starts, and approve every change and its cost in writing. You follow progress, selections and documents in a shared client portal.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a permit for a home addition in Ottawa? Yes. Additions require a City of Ottawa building permit, and many also need zoning review. We coordinate drawings, engineering and the permit application.

Can I live in my home during an addition? Often, yes. Most of the work happens outside the existing footprint until the tie-in stage, and we plan that phase to limit disruption.

Do you work with my architect? Yes. We regularly build from drawings by Ottawa architects and design studios, or we can connect you with one of our partners.
